Getting Started
Connect at least one WhatsApp Business number before authorizing Zapier.
Open the Zapier integration
In Bahasha, go to Integrations → Zapier and select Connect in Zapier. During the private-release period, this opens the invitation for the Bahasha Zapier app.
Add Bahasha to your Zapier account
Accept the invitation if prompted, then create a Zap and choose a Bahasha trigger, action, or search.
Connect an account
In the Zap editor, open the Account step and select Connect a new account. Zapier opens the Bahasha authorization screen.
Sign in and review access
Sign in to Bahasha if needed. Confirm the organization and requested permissions, then select Allow and continue. A connection can access all WhatsApp numbers connected to the authorized organization.
Configure and test the Zap
Choose the phone number, template, contact, or other inputs required by the component. Trigger tests initially return a clearly marked static sample.
Enable the Zap
Turn on the Zap to create its live event subscription. Historical WhatsApp events are not replayed; new events begin arriving after the Zap is enabled.
Add another account
You can authorize more than one Zapier connection for the same Bahasha organization. In Bahasha, open Integrations → Zapier, then select Add another account above the authorized-connections list.
Each authorization is listed separately and can be revoked independently.
